Uncle Cheffy

last Oct. 3 it was Laverne's birthday! we're supposed to have dinner when we landed from Boracay but everyone was dead tired so we decided to celebrate on a later date.

last Thursday was the day, Me, Mark, Anton & Laverne were supposed to go to a padasal at Cainta because the real Our Lady of Manaoag was there but unfortunately I was not able to go since I have some errands to do, we decided to all meet up at Eastwood for some dinner, Anton suggested Uncle Cheffy because her sister said to her it was cheap! oh well we don't need to worry because it's Laverne's treat.

I came in a little bit late, they were already seated, we transferred to a different table and had a chat, 15 minutes had gone by and the menu was not yet given (I thought in my mind they already ordered), as in no staff really cared that we were just making tambay at their place, I called the attention of one waiter and asked politely for the menu, in my mind baka ma-Bennigans shenanigans kami yikes!

They have platters that are reasonably priced at PHP 1500 - 1800 that is good for 4-5 persons, we ordered the All Meat BBQ platter, then an Uncle Cheffy Favorites pizza which was cooked daw in a brick oven.

The pizza reminded me of Yellowcab's Dear Darla Pizza, even the way it was sliced but this tasted way better! It's a gourmet Dear Darla! my friends had almost no idea what Dear Darla was so I told them what to do

Step 1: Grab a slice of pizza, put the salad the  micro-greens and the salsa

Step 2: Roll the pizza gently

Step 3: Enjoy eating!

See that was easy! Then the All Meat BBQ platter came, mind you this was HUGE! In my opinion it can feed 6 because it was served with rice, salad and marbled potatoes so yeah it can feed a lot of people, look

 SOBRANG DAMI! the platter is served with BBQ Chimmichurri sauce and Salsa.

we were SO FULL we didn't even finish the whole platter because the Pork ribs were blearghhh because there were no more space in our stomachs, and we barely touched the rice!

The dinner was very fine! we headed to Red Mango for dessert! Green tea yogurt with Almond Mochi, and Almonds for me! then walked around Eastwood then we thought of Movie, Mark's birthday was back in April but he didn't treat us so this was the best opportunity! and he did treat us! we rushed to the movie house the last full show was 10:50 PM and it's 10:40 already we watched Wallsnoozefeststreet! don't watch it! it was only Laverne who enjoyed the whole thing, Me, Mark, and Anton dozed off! The movie was really dragging to death! finally the movie ended then headed home! Thank you Mark and Laverne! if you want to eat at Uncle Cheffy here are the details:
